Ryan Mitchell wins Property Manager of the Year Award

We’re so proud and thrilled to announce that Ryan Mitchell has been named the winner of the Property Manager of the Year award at the 2020 AREA Excellence Awards.

Hosted by Realestate.com.au, the national awards aim to recognise the achievements of real estate agencies and professionals. Ryan’s efforts in growing our portfolio during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic greatly impressed the judges along with his determination in carving his own career path in becoming a Co-Director of our agency.

Ryan was just 1 of 3 finalists selected from across Australia with him beating off stiff competition from large agencies in Melbourne to take out the award. Ryan is the first Hunter Valley based individual to win an AREA Award.
