COVID-19 Update

It’s still mostly business per usual for the real estate industry, however we’ve had to make a few adjustments to how we operate in order to ensure the safety of our clients, tenants & staff members:

• Open Homes are now cancelled, we’ll now be doing Private Inspections until further notice. We will call prior to your inspection to ensure that you are well & able to attend
• Routine Inspections of rental properties have been postponed until further notice
• Maintenance will carry on as per normal, however there may be a delay in non urgent maintenance requests
• Office visits are discouraged, please call our team instead of dropping by unless you have a prior appointment
• Property keys will be disinfected prior to handing out to new tenants & buyers
